Waikanae Baptist Youth is a place for intermediate and college aged students to belong, connect and grow. We seek to help young people meet with God in a meaningful way through His spirit, His word and His community. Each of our young people are valued and loved.

What happens for year 9-13s?
Wednesday Night Youth Group: 6.30 – 8.30pm at Waikanae Baptist Church. Join in with our youth community for a bible study, games, dessert and more.
We also run…
Events: Each term we run a few bigger events on Fridays or Saturdays. These are heaps of fun and a great way to connect. Check out below to stay upto date with our events!
Camps: In 2026 we have two camps planned Central Easter Camp April 2nd-6th of April at El Rancho and M28 Central Camp 6th - 9th July at Palm Grove Community Camp, Paraparaumu 30th-July 5th.
What happens for year 6-8s?
Thursday Youth Group: 3.30 – 5.00pm at Waikanae Baptist Church. Come along for a short bible study, games, an awesome afternoon tea and more.
We also run…
Events: Once a term we run a few bigger events like going to the trampoline park, the beach or a pool party.
Camps: In 2026 we will be heading to iCamp (Dates TBC)

This is an initiative we are running in Paraparaumu College. 24-7 partners with schools, churches and local communities to help fund youth work in schools.
